This page explains which personal data the website biancabydonfranchino.com processes, why, and what your rights are, as required by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR, art. 13).

Who the controller is

MC S.r.l.s., registered office at Via Strampelli 18, 63074 San Benedetto del Tronto (AP), Italy, tax code and VAT no. 02556080444, which runs the Bianca by Don Franchino pizzeria. For any privacy request you can write to the registered office or call +39 329 250 8005.

What data we process

Browsing data. When you visit the site, the server hosting it automatically records some technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time. It is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse; we do not use it to profile you and keep it only for the technically necessary time.

No forms. The site has no contact or sign-up forms: we do not collect your name, email or phone number through these pages.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics. It stores a single technical item in your browser, so the opening animation is not repeated on every visit. No consent is needed for this, so there is no banner.

External services

  • Hosting: the site is hosted by SiteGround, which processes browsing data on our behalf.
  • Fonts: the site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). To display them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address. Google may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
  • Bookings: the “Book” buttons open the form of Pienissimo, the platform we use for reservations. The data you enter there (name, phone, date, number of guests) is used to manage your booking; details are in the privacy notice shown by Pienissimo.
  • Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps: these are plain links. If you open them, you move to their sites, which process data under their own notices.

Why, and on what basis

Browsing data is processed for our legitimate interest in running the site securely (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Booking data is used to handle your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a readable format (arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to or calling the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
